After retiring in 2015 and moving from California to Wilmington, North Carolina, Scott is currently doing consulting as The Restaurant Wizard. After a Harvard MBA in Finance and Strategic Planning, Scott has had 35 years of experience in the restaurant industry at the Director of Planning level or above including CFO of an early restaurant food delivery company. In addition, he has started several businesses to improve restaurant profitability and manage the restaurant administration functions, such as Accounting and Human Resources.
